Listed below are the most common questions we are asked by developers, architects, agencies, and designers. If you have a question that is not covered, please feel free to ask.
How long does it take for a job to be completed?
It takes between five and seven days to complete a final rendering. This schedule is contingent upon the prompt review of our submitted preliminaries.
Do you provide your services in a shorter turnaround?
YES! Schedule permitting, we will always be ready to assist our clientele. Advance notification of a potential job will increase the probability of a shortened schedule.
What is your background? Do you have references?
My degree is in commercial art and advertising. After graduating from Texas State Technical College, I worked in the industrial design field for five years.

I then opened an architectural illustration service in Dallas , Texas. The company grew to employ a talented staff of artists and creative personnel. We continued to work for top architects, home builders, commercial developers, and designers nationwide for ten years.

We relocated the practice to Denver, Colorado, there we offer professional architectural illustration and presentation services. References are available upon request.
Who actually will be doing the work? And where is it done?
To maintain creative direction and complete quality control, we do all of our work in-house. We do not out source.

Our studio is located in Indian Hills, Colorado. Indian Hills is in the Rocky Mountain foothills between Denver and Evergreen, Colorado.
Do we get to see preliminaries during the production of a job? What should we expect to see?
The answer is YES! Please refer to the Process page for a complete description of all of the phases of our production.
If a design isn't final, can we still get a rendering done?
YES! With a background in design and many years of working through concepts with architects, we have the ability to read between the lines.

Strong emphasis is placed on communication throughout the production of the job, insuring that the final rendering will be a success.
Can you make affordable reproductions for me?
OF COURSE! We ask our clients to allow us to bid on any of the reproductions that will be needed. By using our in-house printing capabilities, we can guarantee perfect color prints. We also promise to match any competitive pricing.
How are your renderings priced?
After we review design plans and your job requirements, we will generate a formal quotation. Structured to fit within your budget, our pricing guidelines are very competitive. Rendering prices start at $250.00.
